This rank usually has specific skills, training or assets that are used in special needs or areas of the ISL.

Equipment- This rank is fluid and differs from person to person in this rank due to the nature of the position. Equipment would greatly differ. 

Activity- Continue to study and improve individual skill sets, network with like-minded people.
